Dehydrated vegetables
 
 
 
1. Cooling and softening process. It can dehydrate about 3% at the temperature of 10 ° to 20 ℃.
 
2. Low temperature dehydration process. The temperature is 35-40 ℃, the retention time is 60-80 min, and the dehydration rate is 5-8%.
 
3. Heating process of dryer. In order to keep vegetables in a stable environment with a temperature of 60 ℃ when they enter the high-temperature drying section, the dryer should be preheated before feeding, so that the temperature in the dryer can be stabilized at 60 ℃.
 
4. High temperature dehydration drying process. The retention time is about 80% ~ 60 min.
